Lexuma becoming strategic partner with SMI Holdings Group in China

Lexuma is excited to announce a major milestone of the year. Today (December 15), SMI Holdings Group (listed 0198.HK) held its 2018 Brand Promotion Conference with the theme of "New Marketing, New Retail and New Development". Starting from 2018, Lexuma will be a strategic partner with SMI Holdings Group focusing on entertainment, film and television integrated marketing project under the SMI Holdings Group. We will jointly develop and invest in various projects.

The conference invited more than 120 well-known enterprises to participate, including China Merchants Bank, Ping An Bank, Xiaomi Technologies, Didi, OfO, Baidu Nuomi, UC Group, Kuaqu, Shenzhen Retail Trade Association, and media, such as Beijing Enlight Media, Zhejiang Huace Film & TV, iQiyi, Taopiaopiao, Maoyan, Big Honor, Che Xun Pictures, Zhujiang Film & Media and more. Lexuma, as one of the brand alliance, signed a contract with SMI at the conference. SMI became the exclusive distributor of Lexuma in China. Nearly 300 guests witnessed the launch of this cooperation.

SMI Holdings Group now has more than 318 cinemas and shopping malls in China, including 2010 screens, and 40 million + members. On the other hand, in order to increase revenue from non box office, SMI Group takes the lead in launching the "new retail" model: SMI Life. It combines cinemas and online channels where customers can enjoy a one-stop valuable shopping experience. SMI Life will be a combination of "new retail + culture and creativity + technology". It will be a brand new lifestyle service and product platform.

Currently, SMI Life covers the whole service and product chain, such as as video, internet, communication, shopping, logistics, tourism, science and technology, finance, wine, mother-care and baby accessories and 3C. With this cooperation, Lexuma and SMI will enrich each other strength, and will provide more products and services to you all.
